- Issues identified by our payment verification or fraud prevention systems
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.
3. Pricing & Product Information
While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and content on our website are accurate, occasional errors may occur.
In the event of an incorrect price or product information, LYNAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that item. Customers will be contacted regarding the issue and given the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within up to 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery within Pakistan is charged at PKR 250 nationwide.
- International delivery charges are calculated based on destination and shipment weight.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Courier or logistical delays
- Weather conditions
- Political disruptions
- Customs clearance procedures
LYNAE will keep customers informed regarding any delays and updated delivery timelines.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. LYNAE does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
6. Returns
LYNAE accepts returns within 10 days of the order being delivered, unless otherwise stated during promotional or sale periods.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused for return.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 10 working days after the return is received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
At this time, LYNAE does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to change their item must return the original order and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Defective Items
At LYNAE, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet our quality expectations.
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To submit a defective item claim, please provide:

- Description of the defect
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
